• The annual fee must be paid to the Honorary Treasurer on or before the 15th of January each year.
• A member who leaves his fee debt for more than one year will receive a reminder letter signed by the Honorary Secretary or a representative of the Honorary Secretary, and lose his privileges as a member until his debt has been settled.
• A member who leaves his debt more than the total fee for two years automatically ceases to be a member of the Association and the Committee may order that legal action be taken against him provided they are satisfied that the member has received a statement regarding his debt in advance.
• The Committee has the power to fix re-entry fees for anyone who allows their membership to be forfeited due to debt.
• Special fees or collection of money from members for certain matters may be collected with the consent of the General Meeting of the members. If any member fails to pay the fee within the stipulated period, then the money will be considered the same as the annual fee debt.
